WHO ARE WE?
The Admiralty Maritime Services Limited (AMSL) as a subsidiary of Navy Holdings Limited (NHL) was incorporated in 2021 to replace the erstwhile Nigerian Navy Maritime Services Limited (NNMSL) within the NHL corporate structure.
This laudable initiative of rebranding the NNMSL is in line with the vision of the Chief of the Naval Staff which is to “have a highly motivated professional Naval Force capable of shaping the security outcomes within the nation’s maritime domain and the littorals including land-based engagements in fulfilment of Nigeria’s national interest” as well as the Nigerian Navy Transformation Plan (2021 to 2030).

Maritime Logistics Services
AMSL offers logistics services such as shipping and barging in collaboration with business partners. Recently, the company takes into its inventory of ship NNS KADA, a 100m landing ship tank for sea lift. In addition, the vessel is capable of conveying relief materials within the continent and beyond.
Upstream O&G Assets Acquisition
AMSL drives investments in the upstream sector of oil & gas industry in the Nigeria to explore, prospect, produce and operate in oil & gas activities. This includes acquisition of marginal oil fileds amongst others.
Renewables
AMSL seeks to drive the green revolution to curb climate change by driving business opportunities in the renewable energy that are naturally replenished on a human timescale. It includes sources such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves, and geothermal heat.
Geophysical services
The Admiralty Maritime Services Limited is a driver in the systematic collection of geophysical data of spatial studies for detection and analysis. AMSL has over the years deployed specialized personnel for oil & gas survey with its recent activities in the SNEPCo OML 118 seismic project.
Ferry Services
AMSL operates a safe, secured and efficient ferry services within the Lagos inland waterways particularly the Navy town, Kirikiri – Victoria Island. AMSL Ferry services is a one-stop for an affordable alternate transport on the inland waterways within the Lagos state.
Aqua Culture and Aqua Tourism
Aqua Culture and Tourism is one of AMSL main priotities, and in a JVA with knowledgeable and experienced experts we design solution focusing on high level of aqua culture welfare.We are in a discuss with the Akwa-Ibom States Government primarily to reduce aqua culture loss through sustainable fish handling that will preserve quality and add to the profit of farming live animals of the state.
Hydrographic Services
Admiralty Maritime Services Limited carryout scientific measurement and description of features which affect maritime navigation, marine construction, dredging, offshore oil exploration/offshore oil drilling and related activities. AMSL operate a world class hydrographic survey vessel, the Nigerian Navy Ship LANA, which is equipped with various state-of-the-art survey equipment.
